LEADERSHIP CAMP 17-19 January – CROWBOROUGH
This is the Method of Instruction Cadre for all Year 11s – see form for prices
After completing this weekend successfully, you will be in line for promotion (Cdt to LCpl or possibly LCpl to Cpl)
It is an intense weekend of learning and then teach backs where you will be required to prepare lessons from the basic syllabus (Weapon Revision, Fieldcraft, Drill and Navigation). Yu will be assigned the lessons you must prepare. If they are not all assessed, then you will have to complete your lessons in the normal rotations back in our unit.
You will have to complete a written test on the Army Proficiency Certificate and the manuals. This will take place on Friday night.
If you cannot attend this weekend, your next opportunity to complete this cadre will be in October/November 2021! Therefore, you are strongly recommended to come…
