LEADERSHIP CAMP 17-19 January – CROWBOROUGH

• This is the Method of Instruction Cadre for all Year 11s – see form for prices
• After completing this weekend successfully, you will be in line for promotion (Cdt to LCpl or possibly LCpl to Cpl)
• It is an intense weekend of learning and then teach backs where you will be required to prepare lessons from the basic syllabus (Weapon Revision, Fieldcraft, Drill and Navigation). Yu will be assigned the lessons you must prepare. If they are not all assessed, then you will have to complete your lessons in the normal rotations back in our unit. 
• You will have to complete a written test on the Army Proficiency Certificate and the manuals. This will take place on Friday night.
• If you cannot attend this weekend, your next opportunity to complete this cadre will be in October/November 2021! Therefore, you are strongly recommended to come along.
• You will have Friday out of school and we will travel from TWGGS at 0900. You must prepare all of your classes that you will miss and approach your teachers with respect and humility to try and: – get ahead, do extra, ASK for extra, otherwise your teachers will not be happy and the reputation of the CCF is diminished. Show your maturity and leadership by being fully prepared for this course.
• Year 10s and Year 12s are welcome to come along if you would like to help out as members of the classes that will need to be taught. We will also do some advanced infantry tactics with you. Cost for Year 10 and 12 is £5.
• There will be winter warrior training from the previous day - see calendar/forms

We hope to be back at TWGGS by 1400 on Sunday 19 January.
