We receive collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. This is your email and password details if using email login or your profile details if using social media. If you use the contact form it also includes a telephone number where you have provided it. We do not collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We store personally identifiable information (including name, rank and/or picture) in the Gallery page, other pages including event reviews and some thumbnails. There are available only to TWGGS cadets and parents that we've verified. Consent to hold the photographs is in accordance with the consent slips completed by your parents/guardians when you joined CCF.
1. How we collect the information
When you register you, we collect basic personal information you give us such as your name and email address. We assume that you agree to the collection of your personal information and that it will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. Images are gathered from events and media that you've consent to attending and the taking of images in accordance with the consent slips that your parents/guardians completed when you joined CCF.
2.How we store, use, share and disclose your visitor’s personal information
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to display information to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 3. Communications
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to inform you about events, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email
