Information for all year nines and anyone else unable to go on annual camp:

Don’t worry about missing annual camp – this is amazing and really great fun in peak summer at nearby military woods.

You need to be at school for 8am on Saturday 2nd July and we will then depart by coach to the location for some games and navigation work before being handed over to Greencraft, the bushcraft survival experts that we’ve used many times before. They will teach you survival techniques such as fire starting, what can safely be eaten from the land around you, useful survival items and how to build your own shelter which you then will make and sleep in for the night. The weekend culminates in a fun but competitive survival competition and you will be back at TWGGS after lunch on the Sunday (an updated ETA on the Sunday will be posted on the twitter page @twggsCCF). Cost is £40. MTP uniform to be worn and equipment list to follow. Fee includes, transport, training and accommodation.

A parental consent slip / medical form, together with payment is up on the forms page and equipment list is to follow shortly.
