About the Event

Weekly fitness sessions led by SSM Dunkin in the dance studio of the new sports hall. Please arrive prompt for 7:45am in sports clothes with your clothes for the rest of the day to change into.  Sessions include activities such as HIIT, weights, yoga, cardio etc. Fitness will finish by 8:30, so you will have time to get changed and ready before form time. 

Attendance is essential for anyone hoping to make the competition teams, so please let SSM know if you won't be able to make it either on the day, or if you have another commitment / live far away so won't be able to come at all.
